PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS
Yoga brought into your home or office, tailored to your individual practice, needs and abilities. You will learn to listen to your body and make yoga your own, unique experience. If needed, I will bring any props to help you get the most out of your session. Props are used by even the most advanced practitioners to optimize the engagement and release of different muscle groups and increase breathing capacity, while protecting the neck and spine.
I will teach you to integrate the asanas (postures) with pranayama (yogic breathing techniques) and meditation to foster a balanced practice, with techniques, strategies and a philosophy that you can apply throughout your daily lives.
Your session can be instructional, possibly learning the fundamentals of the asanas or pranayama or I can give a full class according to the Kripalu methodology. Whatever best serves your needs!
