Yoga and Focus

We desire to live yoga and live our lives by practicing self-observation without judgment. Most of us possess mental and/or physical limitations that range from minor to debilitating. Acceptance of those limitations, creating your own version of yoga and embracing self-expression shift one's focus to self-discovery and promote a more meaningful meditative practice. In other words, "Don't focus on what you can't do, focus on what you can!"
